Walmart sees Q3 growth hit as Flipkart shifts Big Billion Days sale
Walmart expects Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sales event moving from Q3 to Q4 to weigh about 100 basis points on growth next quarter. The company said India drove growth in Walmart International’s operating income and advertising revenue. Flipkart is also expanding its quick commerce arm, Minutes, which crossed 1,000 dark stores in June.
