Uche undergoes successful knee surgery

Getafe midfielder Christantus Uche has successfully undergone knee surgery after suffering a serious injury in a pre-season match against Monaco, according to PUNCH Sports Extra. The 23-year-old midfielder shared a photo of himself following the procedure, marking the beginning of his rehabilitation. Uche suffered multiple ligament and meniscus tears in his right knee during the August 6 friendly when he was tackled by Monaco's Christian Mawissa.
