Turkey, Egypt, Qatar condemn Israeli attacks on Gaza

Doha, Qatar - The governments of Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt, acting as mediators in the conflict, have firmly denounced the recent Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip. These attacks have resulted in the tragic loss of life, including women and children, and have raised grave concerns about the deteriorating situation.

The mediating nations emphasize that the escalation of Israeli attacks is detrimental to the delicate balance of regional and global efforts aimed at resolving the Gaza conflict. They highlight that the Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict, including recent talks between peace board representatives and Israeli officials, as well as ongoing negotiations, are critical at this juncture.

The mediators stress that Israel must adhere strictly to all obligations under the ceasefire agreement and refrain from actions that could exacerbate tensions and undermine the fragile ceasefire. They urge the international community, and the Board of Peace led by President Trump, as endorsed by UN Security Council Resolution 2803, to take decisive action to ensure compliance with the ceasefire and prevent further escalation of hostilities.
