Texas A&M star WR named to the Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List

Texas A&M's passing game suffered the loss of star wide receiver KC Concepcion, who was drafted 24th overall by the Cleveland Browns. However, before the Aggies succumbed to Miami in the first round of the College Football Playoff, Mario Craver returned to the team. Craver, known for his speed and efficiency, re-signed with the program after a strong sophomore season at Mississippi State.

He amassed 76 receptions for 1,285 yards and 7 touchdowns in 21 career games, including 12 starts. Additionally, he contributed 88 rushing yards on 14 carries and one touchdown. Craver's impressive route-running skills earned him recognition as a Coaches All-SEC First Team wide receiver and all-purpose player. With the arrival of Alabama transfer WR Isaiah Horton, who stands 6'4", Craver is expected to primarily occupy the slot position, though his versatility allows him to play the Z or X based on the coverage. As a result, the Aggies now boast one of the most formidable wide receiver corps in the SEC.
