‘Special 26’-Style Fake CBI Raid Foiled By Businessman’s Alert Wife In Delhi’s Rohini - VIDEO

A suspected fake CBI raid, similar to the Bollywood film "Special 26," was thwarted at a businessman's residence in Delhi's Rohini locality. A group of individuals claiming to be CBI officers approached the residence, demanding entry. However, the homeowner's wife refused to let them in, despite their attempts to pressure her. They insisted on showing identification cards and evidence of the raid.

As the group persisted, the wife refused to open the door and demanded to see their warrant. The suspects remained outside the house for about 90 minutes. Neighbors gathered around and questioned the group about the search warrant and other necessary documents. When confronted with the need for a search warrant, the group allegedly claimed the document was inside their car.

They eventually left, claiming to retrieve it from their vehicle. The family called the police after the group's departure. The suspects were allegedly wearing clothes with CBI insignia and carrying identity cards claiming they were CBI officers. A notice with the CBI Director's name and signature was also sent via WhatsApp to the victim's father.

The family took a screenshot of the message and provided it to the police, suspecting it as a forged notice meant to make the operation appear official. CCTV footage near the residence captured the incident, and police are currently investigating the matter.
