Pave Studios Names Jennifer Passovoy Head of Unscripted Video | Exclusive

Jennifer Passovoy has been appointed as the senior producer and head of unscripted video at Pave Studios. She is a five-time Emmy-winning producer who previously worked for Paramount, contributing to shows like "RuPaul’s Drag Race" and "Ink Master." Starting August 31, Passovoy will lead a new unscripted streaming series and celebrity content vertical at Pave Studios, reporting directly to founder and CEO Max Cutler.

Passovoy's expertise lies in her ability to connect with people and create authentic content that resonates. Max Cutler praised her ability to translate a creator's voice into compelling content that not only performs well but also stands the test of time. Prior to her current role, Passovoy served as show lead for Pave productions "Khloé in Wonder Land" and "Horoscope Weekly: Astrology with Aliza Kelly."

At Paramount, Passovoy played a crucial role in the success of "RuPaul’s Drag Race," helping it achieve its highest-rated premiere in six years. She was responsible for managing casting, story development, and post-production, ensuring the show's continued success.
