Palm Jebel Ali unveils limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F

Dubai: Nakheel has introduced 44 exclusive beachfront villas on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali, marking one of the final chances for prospective owners to acquire a new residence on the luxurious development. This release, available in 10 architectural styles, features villas of varying sizes, ranging from five to seven bedrooms, each boasting direct access to the shoreline and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.

The villas were crafted in collaboration with renowned architecture firms such as NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group, and LOCI Architecture, with an emphasis on spacious interiors, ample natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and privacy. These limited villas on Frond F are set to be the first to be handed over, with the initial handovers slated to commence in late 2026, followed by more in 2027.

The Palm Jebel Ali project, envisioned as Dubai's next waterfront masterpiece, has already seen over Dh13 billion invested in construction and infrastructure across all 12 residential fronds, with additional villas nearing completion. As the community continues to take shape, Palm Jebel Ali encompasses seven islands and 16 fronds, covering an expansive 120 kilometers of coastline and offering over 90 kilometers of pristine beachfront.
