Lithuanian AI startup Guideless raises €1M to streamline software training

Lithuanian AI startup Guideless has secured €1 million in pre-seed funding to advance its software training and operational knowledge platform. The investment round was spearheaded by Superhero Capital, with involvement from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga, Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.

Established by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless creates a platform that leverages AI to automate the development and upkeep of software training materials and workflow documentation.

The company quietly launched its product late 2025 and incorporated in June 2026. Guideless aims to address the substantial time and resources organizations dedicate to crafting and maintaining software training materials as teams, tools, and workflows evolve. Outdated documentation often forces employees to depend on colleagues or support teams for information.

The platform records workflows as users navigate business software and employs AI to convert individual steps into structured training content, including visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts, and narration. This content can be further edited, branded, shared, or exported.

Guideless intends to transform each captured workflow into structured operational context, gradually building an evolving memory layer that retains institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes undergo changes. CEO and co-founder Evaldas Bieliūnas stated, "We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change."

As workflows are captured step by step rather than through fixed recordings, tutorials can be effortlessly updated, adapted, and translated.

The platform offers text-to-speech in over 40 languages and can potentially cut the time required to create and update training documentation by up to ten times. Guideless' plans extend beyond training materials; the structured workflow data will serve as a dynamic source of operational knowledge, providing AI agents with current, company-specific insights into work processes.

With over 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, Guideless' technology is employed by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association, along with numerous other organizations. The new funding will be allocated to expedite product development, expand the team, and support Guideless' planned entry into UK, European, and US markets.
