Gujarat teachers get online portal for service-related matters

The Gujarat government has introduced an online portal named 'Seva Samadhan' to assist schoolteachers with a range of service-related matters. The digital platform enables teachers to address issues such as provident funds, leave entitlements, salary arrears, and other service-related problems. By providing a centralized, paperless, and time-bound resolution system, the portal aims to alleviate the need for teachers to frequently visit government offices, which previously consumed a significant amount of their time.

This transition to a digital channel is expected to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in handling teachers' service matters, ultimately allowing them to focus more on their primary role of teaching and classroom engagement.
