Egypt, UAE’s Modon push Ras el Hekma project forward

Housing Minister Randa al-Menshawy met with Abdulla Al Sahi, the Managing Director of UAE’s Modon Holding, to discuss the progress of the Ras el Hekma development project. Al-Menshawy emphasized that this project serves as a prime example of Egyptian-UAE collaboration in development and investment, highlighting the strength of the bilateral relationship.

The Ministry of Housing is dedicated to offering the necessary support and coordination to create a favorable environment for investment, expedite the project's progress, and fully utilize the strategic location of Ras el Hekma.

During the meeting, both parties reviewed the construction progress across different components of the project, focusing on current developments and the execution plans for the upcoming phase. Al-Menshawy stressed the significance of consistently monitoring the project's advancement and maintaining close cooperation between government entities and Modon to overcome any obstacles that may hinder implementation.

Modon representatives confirmed that construction is progressing as per the established plans and timelines, and they also assured the minister of their ongoing coordination with Egyptian authorities to speed up the implementation process.

Al-Menshawy urged for sustained coordination with Modon and prompt action on any issues related to construction and infrastructure to ensure the project adheres to its targeted schedule.
