Cyberport hosts Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2026 in Hong Kong

From 28 to 30 August 2026, the annual Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2026 (DELF 2026) will convene at Cyberport in Hong Kong. With the theme "The Dreamatic Circus," the three-day event will gather over 60 leaders and professionals from technology, entertainment, and creative sectors worldwide. They will delve into how AI is revolutionizing content creation and entertainment experiences.

Industry leaders will discuss AI's role in lowering creation barriers and fostering a burgeoning IP economy. Cyberport's AI infrastructure and international network will be highlighted for transforming innovative ideas into marketable products, brands, and globally recognized IPs. Dr Rocky Cheng, Cyberport's Chief Executive Officer, emphasized AI's potential to reshape cultural and creative industries, highlighting the forum's focus on AI-enhanced content creation, IP incubation, and commercialization.

A special panel discussion titled "From AI Creation to Global IP: New Opportunities for the Entertainment Industry" will explore emerging opportunities in content creation, IP incubation, and commercialization in the AI era. The forum will also feature interactive experiences showcasing AI-driven digital entertainment and smart living scenarios, with four themed zones and over 35 experiential activities.

Topics covered will include AI collaboration, IP ecosystem development, the cultural and creative economy, smart cities, and future living. Cyberport aims to advance Hong Kong's public mission by connecting technology, creativity, talent, and industry resources, empowering local creators and enterprises to harness AI and turn creativity into market-ready outcomes with international potential.
