CDA Launches Online System for Residential Accommodation Applications

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched the Accommodation Management System (AMS) to accept online applications for CDA residential accommodation under the newly established CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025. Authorized CDA personnel can now register and submit their applications through the web portal ams.cda.gov.pk, with guidelines available in both Urdu and English.

The application deadline has been set for September 18, 2026. Administrative officers from respective directorates will support employees in navigating the application process, while the IT Directorate has designated a focal point to offer technical help for any web portal concerns during regular working hours. CDA clarified that only those employees who submit applications responding to the current call and have their applications accepted will be added to the General Waiting List (GWL) and evaluated for accommodation allocation.

The GWL will remain active until all eligible applicants are accommodated. Employees who do not apply in the present batch will not be included in the GWL or considered for accommodation during its validity. CDA stated that future batches of applications will be issued only after the existing GWL is depleted, after which a new waiting list will be created based on seniority of applicants according to the CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025.
