AIR Global Reports 1H Revenue & Gross Profit Growth, Maintains 2026 Guidance

AIR Global PLC reported a 3.7% year-over-year increase in first-half revenue to $206.9 million, primarily driven by a 3.4% rise in flavored shisha molasses revenue to $204.7 million. Gross profit for the period grew by 2.4% to $116.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA remained flat at $71.7 million, attributable to lower shipment volumes that were partially offset by U.S. tariff refunds.

For its 2026 fiscal year, the company anticipates revenue growth between 4% and 6%, with low-to-mid single-digit adjusted EBITDA growth and stable shipment volumes compared to the previous year. AIR Global's CEO, Stuart Brazier, attributed the company's first-half 2026 performance to the resilience of its business, the strength of its global brands, and the depth of its organizational culture.

Despite the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which disrupted approximately 70% of its shipment volumes, the company delivered revenue growth of 3.7% and maintained stable adjusted EBITDA.
