ACS desafía el poder chino al liderar el mercado exterior gracias a EEUU

Ferrovial, Acciona, FCC, Sacyr y OHLA are among the 100 top companies worldwide, while ACS stands out as the leader in the international market, driven by the United States. Spanning 92% of its annual business, ACS generates over 50.861 million dollars (approximately 45.457 million euros) in foreign revenue. Despite the Chinese state corporations monopolizing the global construction ranking, ACS remains at the top, followed by French companies Vinci and Bouygues.

ACS' geographic diversification, with significant operations in the US (58%) and Australia (17%), has propelled its growth. In 2025, ACS contracted $62 billion worth of projects, with digital infrastructure accounting for 28%, marking a 130% increase. The company, headed by Florentino Perez, anticipates improved profitability, with an expected operating profit of 1.4 billion euros by the end of 2026, marking a 40% increase from the previous year.

ACS' success in the international market has allowed it to climb the global construction ranking, rivalling Chinese firms, who are experiencing a slowdown due to domestic construction restrictions. The Spanish company joins other Western giants like Vinci, Bouygues, and Turner, the leading US contractor. ACS' global roster includes Ferrovial, Acciona, FCC, Sacyr, and OHLA, all within the top 100 companies globally for foreign revenue.
