MOSCOW, Aug 19 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- A grandstand with spectators collapsed just before the start of a sound and light show at a castle in northwestern France, injuring 16 people, Sputnik/RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday, quoting French radio station Ici, which attributed the information to the local prefecture.
