‘We were dating same girl’ – Blaqbonez finally reveals cause of feud with Odumodublvck [VIDEO]

Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has finally disclosed the primary reason behind his contentious feud with fellow artist Odumodublvck. According to a report by DAILY POST, this revelation came a year after Odumodublvck asserted that their dispute transcended music. In response to Blaqbonez's diss track in June 2025, Odumodublvck posted on X, "You want to make it about studio. Na lie. We go meet again for the street. You know the level. This is not rap beef. Na me and you for this world."

In June 2026, Odumodublvck posted on X, accusing Blaqbonez of sexual abuse and alleging that the music industry is supporting him. Blaqbonez, however, has now unveiled the true catalyst for their conflict. Speaking in a video interview with media personality Rufai Oseni, Blaqbonez revealed, "Odumodu and I were dating the same girl at the same time, but I wasn't aware that she was also involved with Odumodublvck around the time we met."

During the interview, Blaqbonez explained, "I had no idea that Odumodublvck had come into the picture. The girl called my manager, claiming she would ruin my career. Odumodublvck called me on the phone, accusing me of disturbing his girlfriend. I told him that I was not interfering with his girlfriend. We had a thing, and she sent me an odd message. I called her to inquire why she sent that message, but she didn't answer my calls, so I blocked her."

Subsequently, Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck ceased communication. However, they later spoke again, during which Blaqbonez discovered it was Odumodublvck who had sent him the message inquiring about his involvement with the girl. Blaqbonez told Odumodublvck, "Bro, I have no idea what she told you, so I can't answer this question and affect anything between you two."

Blaqbonez admitted that he tried to avoid getting involved in the drama, but Odumodublvck accused him of being enemies from the start because he wouldn't disclose the information. Blaqbonez defined their relationship with the girl as a "friend with benefits" since they had not made it official and were both friends and intimate partners.
