KUALA LUMPUR: Government vehicle drivers must not treat official duties as a licence to disregard road traffic laws, the Road Safety Expert Association (PPKJR) said following a reported incident involving an Immigration Department vehicle that allegedly ran a red light and resulted in the deaths of 3 people .
