Trump flaunts White House improvement projects
White House reporters were called to the South Lawn Wednesday for a surprise tour of some of President Trump's favorite home improvement projects around the White House. Nancy Cordes reports.
Melania Trump's absence from the White House for over a month has sparked numerous speculations and gossip in Washington DC. The last time the President and First Lady were seen together was at the FIFA World Cup Final in New Jersey on July 19. Reports suggest that this separation stems from the alleged closeness Trump has with his personal secretary, Natalie Harp.
The Daily Beast even reported a "power struggle" between Melania and Harp over the latter's closeness to the president. Melania's refusal to appear in public has been linked to her discomfort with Harp's relationship with Trump, as well as a high-profile legal battle with Trump biographer Michael Wolff over allegations of her involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.
