종합특검, ‘관저이전 감사 무마 의혹’ 감사원 간부 불구속 기소

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) accused former National Intelligence Agency Director Kim G, an ex-auditor, and a former TISA auditor of manipulating audit reports to conceal the real story behind the transfer of President Yun Suk-yeol's personal documents. The SIT filed charges of improper use of authority, secret leakage, improper document drafting, and obstruction of hierarchy in public service against them.

Despite being ordered to reassess the matter, they continued to submit reports that aligned with the original conclusions. Kim G was further accused of omitting the illegal construction industry law violation in the report, which requires registration for contract bidding. Meanwhile, the ex-auditor submitted false statements and declarations to the electronic audit system, contradicting the actual testimony of the 21 Grams representative and the site manager.

The SIT also arrested former auditor Yun for allegedly issuing a written request to the presidential office after being informed of a face-to-face investigation, and for instructing the presidential office to stop requesting document submission and not to conduct face-to-face investigations.
