Sameera Group to launch 10 residential projects across Tamil Nadu

Chennai-based construction firm Sameera Group is set to launch 10 residential projects across the state of Tamil Nadu in a short span of just ten days, from August 23 to September 1, 2026. This initiative, named '10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts', will see the company bring forth a diverse mix of residential developments, including both plotted areas and villas.

The total investment for this ambitious project is estimated to be ₹300 crore. M. Sandeep Kumar, the Managing Director of Sameera Lands and Constructions, revealed to The Hindu that the company primarily focuses on selling plots and developing townships. The funding for this venture is entirely internal.

Kumar further explained that these launches are a response to the increasing demand for well-organized residential projects in emerging markets of Tamil Nadu. These projects will be equipped with gated communities, parks, and other community facilities.

The 10 projects will be spread across ten districts of Tamil Nadu, namely Tiruchi, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai, and Chengalpattu. Each project is envisioned to span approximately 10 acres of land, with around 200 units per site. The plot sizes will start from around 800 square feet.
