OpenLogi

OpenLogi is a local-first alternative to Logitech Options+, developed using the Rust programming language. It enables users to remap buttons, adjust DPI, and control SmartShift through the HID++ protocol, without the need for an account or any telemetry. The core interface of the app features a mouse diagram with clickable hotspots and an action picker, allowing users to assign built-in actions to specific button hotspots.

Over 44 built-in actions are available for each physical button, supporting per-device customization. Users can also set pointer resolution, cycle their own presets, and directly manipulate the sensor over HID++. Additional features include per-application overlays that activate in sync with the focused application, and a carousel display of paired devices with their respective battery percentage and charge state.

OpenLogi supports connection via Logi Bolt, Unifying or Lightspeed receivers, Bluetooth pairing, or a USB cable, and can operate without a receiver altogether. In later releases, the app will include per-application overlays that adapt to the user's active application. The software ships with signed builds for macOS, Linux, and Windows platforms.
