Olivia Nelson-Ododa scores 18 for Connecticut Sun in 85-77 win over LA Sparks at TD Garden

Olivia Nelson-Ododa led the Connecticut Sun to an 85-77 victory over the Los Angeles Sparks at TD Garden on Tuesday night. The forward contributed 18 points, along with 11 rebounds, and made 13 of 15 shots. Kennedy Burke added 17 points for Connecticut, who have played a game in Boston for the third straight season before relocating next season to Houston.

The Sun took an early 7-2 lead on a three-pointer by Diamond Miller. The Sun extended their lead to 46-40 at halftime, after a 8-0 run that began with a driving layup by Nelson-Ododa, who was fouled and completed a three-pointer. Burk shot 3 for 4 from three-point range. Rae Burrell scored 19 points for the Sparks, who finished the game at 12-23. Nneka Ogwumike and De'ica Hamby added 18 and 15 points respectively for the Sparks.
