NPFL: Ugwu bids farewell to Bendel Insurance after Mosta FC move

The defender expressed his appreciation to the club’s supporters for their backing during his tenure in Benin City. Over the course of his career at Bendel Insurance, Ugwu featured in 46 matches. In his farewell message, Ugwu reflected on the sense of belonging he experienced in Benin City, stating, "Can a city, a dressing room, and a team become your home?
