New LEGO Batman DLC Trailer To Debut On IGN’s gamescom Livestream

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has teased a sneak preview of its upcoming Mayhem Collection DLC during IGN's gamescom livestream. The trailer will be featured on Wednesday, August 26, at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 3pm CEST. The game, developed by Traveller's Tales and Warner Bros. Games, was released in May. IGN reports the DLC is included for players who bought the Deluxe Edition of the game.

Mayhem Collection introduces Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, adding new story missions, Mayhem Mode, outfits, Batcave items, and a new Batmobile. IGN's gamescom programming also includes interviews with the game's lead designer Tim Spence and advanced designer Chris Payne, discussing what players can anticipate when the DLC launches on September 18.

The show runs throughout the week and covers other major games like Fable, Control Resonant, Dune: Awakening, and more. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is currently available on Windows, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version set to launch on September 18.
