Ukrainian drones targeted the Sverdlov explosives plant in Dzerzhinsk, according to Russian and OSINT reports, marking another attack on the facility this year. Overnight strikes were also reported in Ufa, the Tula region, and near Moscow, with casualties reported in Ufa.
