iQOO Neo11 Ultra and Z11S Launch With Gigantic Batteries and Flagship Chip

iQOO has introduced two new smartphones, the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S, in China. Both devices boast MediaTek Dimensity processors, 144Hz AMOLED displays, large silicon-carbon batteries, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. The Neo11 Ultra and Z11S may eventually be released globally under different names, though no official confirmation has been provided yet.

Display-wise, both phones feature 6.83-inch AMOLED screens at 144Hz refresh rates. The Neo11 Ultra showcases a higher-resolution 3,200 × 1,440-pixel panel, while the Z11S employs a 2,800 × 1,260-pixel display. Both devices house optical fingerprint sensors embedded beneath their screens.

Internally, the iQOO Neo11 Ultra is equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset, paired with iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip. It supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Conversely, the iQOO Z11S is powered by the Dimensity 7500 chipset, accompanied by LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The Z11S offers up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Both phones operate on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Camera-wise, the Neo11 Ultra takes the lead with a more advanced setup. It incorporates a 50MP Sony LYT700V main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP front-facing camera. On the other hand, the Z11S features a single 50MP main rear camera, an 8MP front-facing camera.

In terms of battery life, the Neo11 Ultra houses a substantial 9,100mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 100W wired fast charging. The Z11S takes it further with an even larger 10,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, albeit with a slower 44W charging speed. The Neo11 Ultra begins at around $504 for the 12GB/256GB variant, with prices increasing to $563, $593, and $652 for the 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB models, respectively.

The Z11S starts at approximately $267 for the 8GB/128GB model, with prices ranging from $296 to $400 for the 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB variants. Both phones are already available in China via vivo’s official online store.
