Boston hardcore band Haywire have revealed their forthcoming sophomore album, "I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye," set to drop on October 2nd after signing with Roadrunner Records. To teases fans before the album's release, the group has premiered the lead single, "Interstate Love Affair." This melodic hardcore track bridges the gap between Bad Religion and Fucked Up, characterized by rough-edged vocals that follow a smooth melodic line.
The music features a balance of hooks and punk rock intensity, reminiscent of the Hüsker Dü era. Haywire is all set for a US tour commencing on September 9th, supporting Turnstile and Circle Jerks along with several festival gigs. Tickets can be purchased via the provided link. The music video for "Interstate Love Affair" and the album artwork for "I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye" are also available for viewing.
