Delays on Kelana Jaya LRT Line after suspected power supply fault

KUALA LUMPUR, August 19 — Rapid KL has reported delays on the Kelana Jaya LRT Line following a suspected power supply fault at Putra Heights station. The public transport operator informed passengers via a Facebook post that trains at Putra Heights are being operated manually as a safety measure. This manual operation is causing delays at Putra Heights and impacting nearby stations, leading to longer waiting times for passengers.

Rapid KL has dispatched its technical team to the station to investigate and restore normal services as quickly as possible. In addition, auxiliary police and station staff have been deployed at concourses and platforms to assist passengers, with regular announcements about train schedules being made.
