Clay Travis new media company features Nashville sports talk show. Here's lineup

Nashvillian Clay Travis is launching a new sports media site and will reunite with Jonathan Hutton and Chad Withrow.

Clay Travis plans to launch a new sports media company called Sport & State, which will include a Nashville-based sports talk show, on August 19. The announcement was made to The Tennessean by an anonymous source. Front Office Sports reported on August 7 that Travis was in the process of creating the new website. Travis will host a daily sports show on the network called Clay Travis Sports at 2 p.m. Additionally, the show will feature other programs such as Next Round Live from Birmingham, Alabama, and On Tilt, a sports wagering program from Florida.

The first show on Sport & State will be hosted by Jonathan Hutton and Chad Withrow, who began their media careers with Travis in 2008. The show will air weekdays from 7-9 a.m. CT from Nashville, focusing on sports in Tennessee and the South. Jordan Tinkle, a longtime employee at Zone 104.5-FM, will produce the show. Travis previously hosted a Tuesday night show called ClayNation with Hutton and Withrow, which later became a daily flagship program for his OutKick media platform until 2021.

He sold OutKick to FOX in May 2021 but continued to run it before stepping down in June. Other shows on the new network include Next Round Live and On Tilt, as well as the nationally syndicated Clay & Buck Sexton Show, which reaches more than 550 radio stations nationwide.
