Cal takes high hopes into Tosh Lupoi regime thanks to the return of QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele

Cal football enters a new era under head coach Tosh Lupoi, who brings a fresh perspective to the team. The Golden Bears secured a winning record for the first time since 2009 under coach Justin Wilcox, despite having won more than seven games only once in the last decade. New quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele returns for his sophomore season, having made a significant impact as a freshman, throwing for 3,454 yards and 18 touchdowns.
