Allianz Lanka's Women in Leadership (WIL) Employee Resource Group (ERG) recently conducted its third annual branch engagement programme, themed "Lead. Inspire. Empower," to further bolster women's leadership within the organization. The event, attended by more than 35 female employees from Allianz Lanka's Colombo and Western Zone branches, offered a day of learning, networking, and professional development to aid their leadership journeys.
The programme featured Ms. Manori Unambuwe, Founder & CEO of Accentae Consulting and Vice President – Global Strategy at IronOne Technologies, as the keynote speaker. Ms. Unambuwe, with over two decades of international leadership experience, delivered invaluable insights on leadership, resilience, and career-building. She has previously served as Sri Lanka's Ambassador to Germany, concurrently representing Switzerland and Croatia.
