Empower," to further bolster women's leadership within the organization. The event, attended by more than 35 female employees from Allianz Lanka's Colombo and Western Zone branches, offered a day of learning, networking, and professional development to aid their leadership journeys.

The programme featured Ms. Manori Unambuwe, Founder & CEO of Accentae Consulting and Vice President – Global Strategy at IronOne Technologies, as the keynote speaker. Ms. Unambuwe, with over two decades of international leadership experience, delivered invaluable insights on leadership, resilience, and career-building.
