Dubai: Starting December 15, 2026, Air Arabia will introduce daily non-stop flights from Sharjah International Airport to Frankfurt Airport in Germany. This new service will provide UAE travellers with another direct option to fly to Germany, expanding the low-cost carrier's European network. Frankfurt Airport will be the second destination in Germany that Air Arabia offers, following Munich.

The route will be operated using an Airbus A320neo aircraft, and Air Arabia plans to offer the service to cater to the increased demand for affordable connectivity and convenience between the two countries. Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, expressed that this new daily non-stop service aims to provide customers with greater choice, convenience, and cost-effective travel options, while also supporting tourism, trade, and economic ties between the UAE and Germany.

Passengers originating from Germany will also benefit from this new route, as they can connect through Sharjah to various destinations in Air Arabia's extensive European network, which now includes Milan Bergamo, Munich, Vienna, Athens, Prague, Krakow, Warsaw Chopin, London Gatwick, and Rome. Passengers can book their tickets for the new Sharjah-Frankfurt service through Air Arabia's website, call center, or travel agencies.
