Ticket refunds revealed as Christina Aguilera’s Abu Dhabi concert cancelled this September

Ticket holders of Christina Aguilera's Abu Dhabi concert on September 25 will receive full refunds following the cancellation of the show, according to Ticketmaster. The automated refund process will occur within 21 working days and no separate request from the ticket holders is necessary. Ticketmaster UAE currently does not list any upcoming Christina Aguilera concerts in the UAE.

The reason for the cancellation has not been disclosed and there is no announced replacement date. The September concert was a rescheduled date, originally planned for April 24, 2025. Aguilera had previously been scheduled to perform in Abu Dhabi on April 24, 2025, but the show was moved to September 25. The cancellation comes on the same day that Abu Dhabi's Offlimits Music Festival, headlined by Shakira alongside the Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo and Biffy Clyro, was also rescheduled from April 4 to November 21 at Etihad Park.

Offlimits organizers have stated that ticket holders will receive automatic refunds through the platforms where they made their purchases and the festival could return in 2027. Aguilera last performed in Abu Dhabi in February 2025 as part of Saadiyat Nights, marking her first appearance in the city in 17 years since her October 2008 show at Emirates Palace.
