He further emphasized that South Korea's defense expenditure is 1.4 times the total national income of North Korea, and that our country is capable of defending itself according to global standards. He also highlighted that to strengthen these national defense capabilities, a comprehensive and comprehensive modernization of operational capabilities is necessary, along with a system for nurturing human resources to achieve this goal.

The president ordered the preparation of the Naval Academy to proceed smoothly, and also urged the pursuit of a nuclear submarine project as a symbol of the future of the US-Korea alliance, with a focus on increasing the speed of its development. Prior to the National Security Council, he reviewed the preparedness of the country for war, assessing the overall response capacity of the government and the procedures and measures for transitioning to the state of war.

The chief spokesman for the president emphasized the importance of creating peace rather than engaging in conflict, stressing that the emergency exercises are necessary to protect the lives and safety of our citizens and to ensure national security.
