Scan QR code to lodge food quality complaint

Karnataka has introduced a QR code-based system for citizens to report issues related to drug and food safety. Health Minister U.T. Khader inaugurated the system, assuring that reported violations will be addressed by officials. He also announced the establishment of a toll-free number and a dedicated call center to facilitate the process further.

Additionally, Khader launched an "Eat Right" campaign aimed at encouraging citizens to adopt healthy eating habits. All comments for the system must be written in English, using complete sentences, and must adhere to community guidelines, avoiding any abusive or personal content. Users can continue their previous comments on the new commenting platform, Vuukle, by logging into their accounts.
