Saskatchewan RCMP searching for vehicle connected to Sandy Bay homicide probe
Officers found the male and he was declared deceased at the scene. His death is considered suspicious, and the homicide unit is now investigating.
The Saskatchewan RCMP are actively searching for a vehicle that may be linked to a homicide investigation in Sandy Bay. Police responded to a residence in Sandy Bay around 4:35 a.m. on Sunday following reports of an injured adult male. Upon arrival, officers discovered the male deceased at the scene, with the death being deemed suspicious and the homicide unit taking over the investigation.
Investigators have determined that a dark-coloured van or SUV could be connected to this case, and they believe it may have a dent on the driver's side back tire rim. They caution that the vehicle should not be approached, as the occupants might be armed and considered dangerous. Authorities urge anyone with relevant information to contact the police.
