Punjab Announces Dates for Basant 2027

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced that the popular Basant festival will return to Lahore in 2027, following its successful celebration in 2026. According to a statement, the three-day festivities, scheduled from March 12 to 14, 2027, will once again transform the city into a vibrant hub of color, culture, music, and festivities.

Maryam Nawaz expressed her pride in hosting the event and invited young people from Punjab and across Pakistan to participate, promising unforgettable memories. She also extended an invitation to overseas Pakistanis and international visitors to experience Lahore's legendary hospitality during the celebrations. The announcement follows the successful Basant Lahore 2026 and has been widely celebrated as a significant milestone for both Pakistan and the world.
