Play BBC Sport's new Match of the Day predictor game to test your football knowledge and build up your streak.
BBC Sport has launched a new Match of the Day Predictor game for the upcoming football season. This game is a rebranded version of the popular World Cup Predictor game. To play, users must predict the outcome of six fixtures from various competitions each week. Players can join at any time and participate in the latest round to build a winning streak.
After submitting their predictions, users can view the predictions of others. Each round begins on a Friday, and the deadline to submit predictions is the kick-off time of the first match. Once the round starts, users have until the following week to predict the outcomes of subsequent matches. The game includes a streak feature, where every consecutive round adds to the user's streak, but a missed round resets the streak to zero.
Users must select a winner or a draw for each match, except in knockout games where only winner options are available. Once a prediction is submitted, it cannot be changed. Players must wait for the results to be announced and then compare their predictions to see how well they performed.
