The suspects, dressed in caps, face masks, and jackets, entered the premises and quickly dismantled and smashed the display cases before escaping two minutes later. The BMW they arrived in, registered to a man in Ampang, Selangor, was identified by police who set up roadblocks to prevent their escape. The operation concluded at 4:15pm.
