Major Twist In Mumbai Navy Family Deaths Case! Wife Feared Sailor Husband Would Kill Her & Children, Reveals Probe

Mumbai: A week before her death alongside her husband and two young children, a Navy sailor's wife reportedly told her father she feared her husband might harm her and the children, according to police investigating a suspected murder-suicide. The 30-year-old sailor, his wife, and their three-year-old and two-month-old children were found dead in their Navy Nagar home on Sunday.

Police believe the sailor killed his wife and children before taking his own life. The woman had called her father a week prior, expressing her fears, as her husband, who had been undergoing depression treatment, might harm the family. After the incident, the sailor allegedly stopped his father from taking them away, following an argument.

The couple, from Rajasthan, had been married for nearly four years and frequently quarreled. Relations between their families were strained, and the woman's financially weaker background may have contributed to the tensions. Police suspect the sailor, who had been under depression treatment, may have killed his family before dying by suicide.

The exact cause of death remains unclear, with forensic tests awaiting results to determine if poisoning or injections were involved. The investigation continues based on forensic findings and evidence collected.
