José Mourinho: “We’re here to work for Real Madrid”

Real Madrid's Coach Jose Mourinho has revealed his transformation since leaving his previous club, speaking to El Chiringuito journalist Josep Pedrerol. He has described himself as "much more mature, less emotional, and more in control" compared to his former self. Mourinho emphasized that he is learning from his past mistakes and that experience is valuable in his coaching career.

He considers that the more experience he has, the better he becomes at the job. As for whether becoming more experienced makes him feel bored, he clarified that he wouldn't say it's more boring, but rather the opposite. He believes that his DNA always prevails, giving him a sense of consistency. The coach also mentioned that he found a locker room eager to win and open to common sense.

He set the expectation for the players to arrive an hour before training, eat breakfast as directed by the nutritionist, and attend the gym daily, all for their own good. Mourinho expressed his gratitude for the players protection and common sense, which have helped him avoid aggressive leadership situations.
