IHH Healthcare partners with Prudential for Singapore day surgery

Mount Elizabeth Royal Square, a private day surgery centre, has joined Prudential Singapore's PRUPanel Connect network, effective August 1, 2026. The partnership was confirmed through a signing ceremony between Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Prudential. Policyholders with eligible PRUShield Integrated Shield plans and PRUExtra riders can now access Mount Elizabeth Royal Square for treatment, benefitting from the panel's specialists and advantages.

IHH Healthcare Singapore CEO Dr Peter Chow expressed satisfaction with the collaboration, emphasizing the shared goal of enhancing private healthcare access and providing patients with added assurance and convenience for day surgery or endoscopy care. Prudential Singapore CEO Chan San San highlighted the importance of simplifying customers' healthcare journey and strengthening their panel ecosystem, offering PRUShield Extra customers more options for specialist day surgery care backed by Prudential's panel network.

Opened in 2025, Mount Elizabeth Royal Square adheres to hospital-equivalent safety standards, boasts shorter waiting times, offers dedicated procedure slots, and ensures a seamless patient experience. The centre offers bedside ultrasound services, a dedicated patient lounge, and is situated adjacent to Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.

PRUPanel Connect provides eligible Prudential customers with value-added services when seeking treatment at participating specialist healthcare institutions, including cashless admission with an electronic Letter of Guarantee up to S$15,000 (subject to eligibility) and the option to maintain stable premiums for panel-approved claims.
