Hilary Duff Pays Tribute to Hayden Panettiere: ‘I So Deeply Wish This Wasn’t the End for You’

Following the tragic death of actress Hayden Panettiere on Sunday, her former co-star Hilary Duff reached out to pay tribute to the late actress. In a heartfelt message on social media, Duff remembered Panettiere as hardworking and effervescent, noting that she and Panettiere had lost touch over the years. Duff expressed her deep wish that Panettiere's journey had not ended, and she extended her love and support to Panettiere's family and all those who held her dear.

Tributes have also been pouring in from various Hollywood celebrities, including Mariska Hargitay, Solange, Rosie O'Donnell, Jeremy Piven, Beverley Mitchell, Justin Chatwin, and Panettiere's ex-husband Wladimir Klitschko. Panettiere, who had a successful career in Hollywood, began her acting journey in 1998 with A Bug's Life and went on to star in several notable movies and TV shows, including Remember the Titans, Scream IV, Racing Stripes, I Love You, Beth Cooper, Heroes, and Nashville.

Panettiere was found in her South Carolina home on Sunday in cardiac arrest, and despite emergency efforts, she could not be revived. She was ruled dead approximately half an hour after paramedics arrived on the scene. Her father, Skip, shared a statement expressing profound sadness over the loss of his beloved daughter, describing her as an incredible light who brought immeasurable love and joy to those around her.
