Beacon acquires 314 Capital to expand into startup credit

Brazilian wealth management firm Beacon has acquired asset management startup 314 Capital, founded in 2023 by Natan Epstein. The acquisition terms remain undisclosed. Beacon offers wealth management services to technology founders, integrating investment management with legal and tax support. The company's Equity Pools allow founders to contribute shares in their companies in exchange for exposure to other portfolio companies.

This acquisition marks Beacon's entry into credit. The company intends to launch a credit rights investment fund, a FIDC in Brazil, in 2026 to finance startups within its network. Beacon's two Equity Pools comprise over 200 founders and around $27.3 million in equity stakes. The network includes companies such as Omie, Blip, Flash, Onfly, NG Cash, Conta Simples, Tempest, Fanatee, and QuintoAndar.
