Bayern midfielder Musiala reveals ‘neurological’ issue after collapse during game for 2nd time

Munich's Jamal Musiala has disclosed a neurological condition, marking a second occurrence of a similar incident, following a collapse during a preseason match in Heidenheim on Tuesday. This incident followed a comparable collapse against Leipzig just three days earlier. The 23-year-old German international appeared dazed after entering the friendly as a substitute in the second half and required medical attention before being assisted off the field.

Initially, Bayern Munich's report on Tuesday’s game only noted a setback, attributing it to a knock minutes after Musiala's substitution. Subsequently, Musiala took to Instagram to reveal he has been experiencing "treatable absence seizures" due to a neurological problem, expressing optimism about his current medical treatment.
