WWE Raw Results, Winners And Live Updates As Solo Sikoa Reports To Roman Reigns
WWE Raw results, winners and live updates as Solo Sikoa is set to report back to Roman Reigns and the Bloodline.
On Monday, August 17, WWE Raw took place at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The event was set to kick off the push towards Money In the Bank. In the main event from the previous week, Solo Sikoa was forced to rejoin The Bloodline after his loss to Jey Uso. The program featuring Roman Reigns was the main spotlight for the night.
LA Knight's interactions with Sikoa and Jacob Fatu backstage suggested that he might play a role in the storyline. Roman Reigns remained the central focus of the matches on Raw, with two out of the four luchador title contender tournament matches going down. The matches featured Dragon Lee vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., and Rey Fenix vs. El Fiscal.
Additionally, Rey Mysterio challenged Chad Gable for the WWE Intercontinental title, which was Gable's first title defense since his victory against Penta at SummerSlam. The women's side of the Intercontinental title scene saw a rematch between former titleholders Sol Ruca and Lyra Valkyria. The full WWE Raw lineup was announced and began at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix.
