Who is Maddison McDonald? Texas teen who was brutally beaten by bullies back in hospital, ‘lost feeling’ in right leg

Maddison McDonald, a 14-year-old girl from Texas with Autism, was brutally attacked by a group of middle school students at her school in San Antonio. She was kicked, punched, dragged by her hair, and left with severe injuries, including a slipped disc and a bulging disc at L4 and L5. The attack has left Maddison in great pain, causing her to lose feeling and function in her right leg, forcing her to use a wheelchair or walker for mobility.

Doctors have also discovered a mass on her brain, approximately the size of a gumball, located on the right side of her temporal lobe. Despite reporting the bullying to her school, Maddison's pleas went unheeded, and she had to endure the attack while being blamed for it by the school administration. Her mother, Hazel McDonald, has accused the school of ignoring her daughter and failing to hold the bullies accountable.

After the attack, Maddison was hospitalized, where her condition has worsened due to the lack of proper medical care and support.
