Teen in disbelief after being named coach of the year

Casey Young, a 19-year-old with cerebral palsy, has been named coach of the year for Bristol City Cerebral Palsy FC, a team he volunteers to coach. Despite undergoing major surgeries, Young has never missed a coaching session, even though he travels an hour each way to the team based in Brislington, Bristol. He was one of 12 award winners honored at the Community Shield match between Arsenal and Manchester City.

Young is in disbelief over winning the award, stating he was "really excited about the nomination" and had been in shock since learning he had won. The award is part of the FA Grassroots Football Awards, which received over 12,000 nominations. Young's father, Bob Young, won the same award three years ago.
