RM200 Madani F1 tickets sell out as Malaysians flock to Sepang race

Madani tickets for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026 at the Sepang International Circuit, scheduled from October 2 to 4, have sold out quickly due to high demand from Malaysians. According to Youth and Sports Minister Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari, the low-cost tickets start at RM200 and were fully allocated after being opened to the public.

Taufiq stated that the ministry will continue to assess the possibility of releasing additional Madani tickets if needed. He emphasized that the event is not just a competition, but also a platform to nurture innovation, creativity, and expertise among TVET students, with the goal of commercializing their products in Malaysia, ASEAN, and international markets.

The Youth and Sports Ministry is also strengthening the national TVET agenda through 12 memorandums of understanding signed between skills training institutions and industry partners, aiming to create more employment opportunities for young people and foster collaboration between training institutions and industry.
