PIDE Announces CPEC Jobs 2026 With Multiple Vacancies

The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) recently opened several job opportunities within the Center of Excellence for CPEC, under the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives. In total, there are five positions available. These positions are part of a PSDP project, encompassing both policy research and administrative roles.

Two of the available roles are Head of Policy for Regional Connectivity and Integration, and Head of Policy for Socio-Economic Development. Both positions adhere to PPS 10 and 11, with a maximum age limit of 50 years. Additionally, there is one Research Associate position under PPS 7 and 8, with a maximum age limit of 35 years. Another vacancy is for Admin and HR Officer under the same PPS, with a maximum age limit of 40 years.

Lastly, an Assistant Admin and HR position is available under PPS 5 and 6, with a maximum age limit of 30 years.

Applicants for the Head of Policy positions must possess higher education qualifications from an HEC-recognized university, along with relevant professional and research experience. Candidates applying for the Research Associate post must hold a relevant MS, MPhil, or equivalent qualification, and should ideally have research experience. Those seeking Admin and HR Officer roles must have a qualification in Business Administration or Public Administration, paired with related professional experience.
